What is the maximum size for a Prototype series board that I can order? My latest order is a board with 15 little boards 'panelized' on it. I'm sure it be produced with the same high quality my first boards were produced with. My first order's board were roughly 10cm X 8cm and came in a box roughly 25cm x 35cm x 4cm. Would I be correct in assuming that I could 'panelize' a bunch of those little board onto a few big boards that would end up being a bit smaller than the box size (to leave room for the packing material), say roughly 20cm x 30cm sized board? And also, on my first order, it cost around 18 Euro's to ship 4 10cm x 8cm boards. Roughly at what point would my shipping costs skyrocket compared to the amount of product shipped? Thanks again...excellent boards...

We glad to have given you the high quality PCB`s you deserved as a Customer of Beta LAYOUT. Thanks for your question. We would not recommend this way of shipping PCB`s. Our price calculation is based on the 1dm? principle, with solder mask, and routing etc. When all the PCB`s are different and you receive one large PCB, which you must cut yourself. The total charge will just be ? 12.00 cheaper than if we routed the boards out for you. With respect to the Skyrocketing Shipping prices, all courier companies charge by weight these days, and it is only if the box is exceptionally large that, and Heavy, that you would have a huge shipping cost.
