I have read your specs regarding the track and gapsize. Please advise regarding the minimum smd pad size specifications, since certain PQFP packages with over 100 pins have very small land patterns. What is the smallest pad width and the smallest between-pad distance your boards can have?

Thanks for your question.
The smallest feature/gap we will guarantee in PCB-POOL(R) is as stated on our Website 0.15mm
( 6mil). Should you have a Flat pack with requiring a smaller pads size, then please send us a price inquiry.
