Hi,

I see in your terms and conditions that you reserve the right to over- or under-deliver by up to 50%. In the case of under-delivery, if I order 20 boards (Series XXL), you could deliver as few as 10.

If that happened (you delivered only 10), would I be charged for?
a) 20 boards (ie. double the price per board)?
b) 10 boards at the 10-board rate (ie. more than I would have paid _per_board_ at the 20-board rate)?
c) 10 boards at the 20-board rate (ie. just half the 20-board price, except for the NRE)?

Hi Robert,
If you require 20 boards we will manufacture 20 boards for you and charge you for 20 boards. The 50% rule is only really applicable where a customer might order 2 boards and if we had a proble in manufacturing he might only get 1 good board. The customer might then say that 1 board is ok for him. If he needs the extra board then we will remake it on one of out fast turnaround panels and ship a few days later.
