I am designing a doublesided board of 160x100 mm and I'd like to know if the solder masks are optional or if I have to add this cost in the global cost of the PCB.
To resume : will this board costs me 49E or more (49+2x17) ?

Second question : My project isn't urgent, so what is the lowest cost for a shipment to France and payment method ?

Thanks for your interest in the PCB-POOL(R):
Yes the solder masks are optional.
This PCB without Solder mask costs ? 49
This PCB with solder mask ? 49 + ? 17 + ? 17

For shipment to France we can send by UPS Standard Service (2-3 days) and this would cost approximately ?10 to ?15.
