Dear sir/madam,

Haveing placed an order today, I noticed something that seems to be missing (or at least I cant find it).. Is there a way of checking the progress of the order?

ie) Approved - sent to factory - awaiting shipping - Dispatched and so on?

if not, I think this would be a great extra feature..

Hi Paul,

Thanks very much for the Order.
Regarding your question, about the extra feature, let us explain.
At present on the German version of our Website this type of
feature is up and running, since very recently.
When you order online you receive an e-mail with an order
number, (See the subject line). Then when you
require details to the position of the PCB, you simply go here
http://www.pcb-pool.com/html_de/de_service_5.php3
and type in the number (German). All the latest details are
there, including pictures of the people who worked on your Order.
As this is extremely new for us we are still testing it out.
Presently it is only in German. The German Numbers and
English (Irish office) Numbers are not compatible with this feature.
So until it becomes available in English, you can
email us or telephone us and we will happily inform you to the
status of your order.
Once again we thank you for choosing Beta LAYOUT and the
PCB-POOL(R). We are looking forward to your return visit.
