Thanks for your question.
We in PCB-POOL(R) are currently developing a few different websites, one of those is an educational one. These will not be online for some time though.
In the mean time I have been searching around, to find the best possible bit of info I could for you.

Quite a good site, ignore all manufacturers except PCB-POOL(R) (Ha Ha). Here you will find a Glossary of terms, and some good links.
