milling and circular boards
I require a small number (approx 20) of circular boards (34mm diamater) and was wondering the best way to go about this.
I can panelize them myself and include milling details to leave the boards connected with pips, in which case what would be the appropriate milling tool size and appropraite spacing between boards ?
Or could you suggest some other method.

regards

Hi David,

Thanks for yoour interest in the PCB-POOL(R).
In response to your query, we can use a 1mm or a 2mm routing bit in the PCB-POOL(R). You can place any distance from 1mm between the individual boards. There will be an extra CAM Charge which is calculated on time, for making the routing programm (Normally ? 30.00).
Should you require anything else specification wise just let us know before ordering so we can provide you with an offer.
Thanks again
All the Best
