Hi,

Do I need to take metalisation thickness into account when choosing drill diameter in my design? If so, what is the thickness of metalisation? In other words, if I choose a drill diameter X, what would be the final hole diameter after metalisation?

Hi Andrei,
Thanks for your question.
No, You do not need to take the Plating into account as we do this for you.
You send a 1mm drill hole and you receive a 1mm drilled hole.
