35 years of Beta LAYOUT
October 2024: We celebrated this anniversary with a summer party!We came together for a pleasant afternoon and evening in the old customs house „Altes Zollhaus“ in Mensfelden near Limburg.
In a short presentation, our Managing Director, Gernot Seeger, outlined the development of Beta LAYOUT and gave an overview of the current business figures.
Despite all the crises and upheavals, Beta LAYOUT has been able to hold its own in the difficult environment of PCB production and has opened up new areas of business.
Beta LAYOUT can now offer the entire manufacturing process from design to a functional prototype in just one week!
- Founded in 1989 as a start-up, Beta LAYOUT GmbH developed into a rapidly growing company thanks to the newly developed POOL principle for printed circuit boards by Arne Hofmann.
With a branch in Ireland, the successful step onto the international stage was taken. SMD stencils were soon added to the range, enabling us to offer the popular “Free Stencil” service.
- From 2010, both the assembly department and our front panel production started operations.
- 3D printing followed in 2012 and in 2013 we grew by expanding our plant in Aarbergen-Kettenbach and creating an electronics store, the E-STORE.
- The Kitting Service and Layout Service were launched in 2021.
